Structure

Broward County Government operates its own procurement system through the Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD).

Certification Program

• Provides access to County government contracts

Scope of Authority

Broward County certification applies to:

• County Commission contracts
• County department procurements
• County-managed set-aside programs
